My name is Toni, and this is my first blog!! Very excited because this has always been something I wanted to do, but never really had the guts to do so. I'm sure there are other people in this world that have felt the same way, whether you are to shy, don't know how to create a blog, or fear of what others may think. Well I'm all of those examples... But today, I have decided to do what I love to do, plus my life can really be a reality TV show. So why not entertain the world lol.
Life is hard and at times it can be very ugly. My new look on life is, I want to laugh about it, laugh about all the wrong turns, dead ends, and even bad choices I have made. I want to take the power away from the ugly aspects of life. You cant fear something if you laugh at it. I have been one of those people who get upset, obsess over every thing possible, and look into the future trying to control the outcome of things. You cant efficiently live like this, all you will do is drive yourself into the ground and possibly make yourself mad. Now this is easier said than done... trust me, i know! Changing the way you think takes a lot of time and effort. I started doing an exercise before bed every night to help me sleep and not dream of issues going on in my life. Right before I would go to bed, I would say my prayer, and then I would tell the universe what I wanted for the next day. I will eventually make a blog about changing thought processes in the near future to elaborate further on it. So, back to what I was originally saying...lol.. This is my attempt to reach out to others, letting them know its okay to follow your passions. This is me taking the first step into the world of the unknown.
This blog will be about any thing and everything because life is just that. There is no one set topic you live by, so why should a blog be any different. Maybe one day I will feel creative and decide to blog about a DIY project, or the next I will have advice for single parent going through a custody battle, or maybe I feel frisky and want to share a family trip and places I have visited. Whatever the case maybe, there will be something to share because life is completely unpredictable.
